In case of a wound hemorrhage and lack of sterile dressing you should:
aput off dressing the wound.
buse the clothing of an injured person as dressing.
cwait until somebody lends you the first aid kit.
Why?
If no sterile dressing is available, use the cleanest available part of the injured person’s clothing and press it firmly against the bleeding wound. The priority is to limit blood loss quickly. Doing nothing or waiting for a first-aid kit unnecessarily delays bleeding control.
