Are you allowed to make a U-turn at this junction in this situation?
YES
NO
Why?
The arrow in your lane, the leftmost lane, permits travel straight ahead or a left turn. A left-turn arrow in this lane also permits a U-turn unless other signs or signals prohibit it. You may therefore make a U-turn here, taking extra care.
