You intend to turn left and the vehicle approaching from the right plans to go straight. Have you got the right of way over this vehicle?

Why?

The B-20 STOP sign visible on the right requires you to stop before the priority road and give way to vehicles travelling along it. The car approaching from your right is on that road, so you must let it pass before turning left. Stopping at the sign does not give you priority.
