Is the vehicle left unattended in the parking lot properly protected against being started by unauthorized person?

Why?

The final frame shows the key left in the ignition. An unauthorised person could use it to start the car, so the vehicle has not been properly secured. Before leaving the car unattended, take the key with you and lock the vehicle.
