What can you expect when driving onto a bridge marked with this sign?

aFallen snow and snow banks.
bHeavy snowfall.
cFrosted road or black ice, even if they do not occur on other sections of the road.
Why?
The A-32 frost warning sign shown warns that frost or ice may form on the road. A bridge also loses heat from underneath, so its surface may freeze before neighbouring stretches of road. The sign does not warn of heavy snowfall or snowdrifts.
