What should you expect if you turn at an intersection covered with ice?

aThat traction will be the same, if you drive within the permitted speed limit.
bThat traction will be worse, making it difficult for you to turn.
cThat traction will be the same, if the car is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS).
Why?
At the snowy, icy junction shown, the tyres have less grip, making it harder to change direction. Staying within the speed limit alone does not guarantee a safe turn. ABS helps prevent wheel locking during braking, but it does not remove the slipperiness of the road.
