How long should you continue to give chest compressions and artificial respiration in a person with a cardiac arrest?

aUntil the medical rescue team arrives.
bFor 15 minutes.
cUntil the body of the injured person maintains proper temperature.
Why?
The photograph shows chest compressions, which maintain blood flow during cardiac arrest. Continue CPR until the ambulance crew arrives and takes over. Neither reaching 15 minutes nor the person's body temperature is a reason to stop. You may stop earlier if normal breathing returns, continuing becomes unsafe or you are completely exhausted.
